Consent for delivery of advertising mailouts

I, acknowledging my full legal capacity, acting voluntarily, according to my expressed will and in my own interests, hereby give my consent in accordance with art. 18 of the Federal Law of 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ “On advertising” for delivery by NTT Innovative Pipe Solutions (PSRN 5077746425257, TIN/TRRC 7707622256/504201001, e-mail address: info@ntt.su, +7 (495) 151-11-27 (hereinafter – NTT LLC), of messages and any other information of advertising nature (hereinafter – Advertisements) by means of:

• SMS messages;
• push messages;
• applications;
• messenger software;
• phone calls;
• e-mail;
• by any other means to the phone number and/or e-mail address provided by me to NTT LLC.

I hereby confirm that I have been notified of the following:

• in case I do not wish to receive Advertisements on the conditions specified in this consent, I need to leave unchecked the box “I give my consent to receive advertising mailouts and also give my consent for processing of my personal data for that purpose”;
• I can at all times change the parameters of advertising mailouts or completely refuse to receive Advertisements by sending a request in electronic form signed by me in accordance with the legislation in the field of electronic signatures to the address: info@ntt.su marked as “Rejection of notifications of new products and services and special offers”.

I additionally confirm that the phone number and e-mail address provided by me to NTT LLC belong to me and that Advertisements delivered to them are intended for me only and will not be received by any third parties which have not provided their prior consent to NTT LLC for receipt of Advertisements.
