Within the scope of scientific works of Federal Autonomous Institution “Federal Standardization Center” – a subordinate authority of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, research was done on the platform of Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Russian Transport University” (Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers), aimed at clarifying the area of application and permittable limits of negative temperatures allowing safe and efficient operation of polymer composite pipes inside earth roadbeds
